hello everyone! I am a tricycle brake cover assembly, working diligently every day to safeguard people’s travel safety. Perhaps in your eyes, I am just a cold mechanical component, but in my eyes, I have an extraordinary ‘life experience’.
My body is mainly made of sturdy metal, which covers the braking system of the tricycle. During the day, as my owner rides his tricycle through the streets and alleys, I silently endure the wind and sun, always ready to fulfill my duties. Whenever the owner needs to park, they will step on the brake pedal. At this moment, I quickly take action and command the brake pads to tightly hold onto the brake drum, using friction to steadily stop the vehicle.
Don’t be fooled by my usual silence, I actually have rich “emotions” in my heart. I feel immensely proud every time I successfully prevent a potential danger. For example, once the owner applied the brakes urgently at a busy intersection, and thanks to the tacit cooperation between me and my companions, an accident was avoided. At that time, I seemed to hear the sound of relief from passersby, and my heart was filled with a sense of achievement.
However, work is not always smooth sailing. Sometimes, I encounter some ‘challenges’. For example, on rainy days and slippery roads, the braking distance will be extended, which is a significant challenge for me and the braking system. But my partners and I never give up easily. We will work even harder to ensure that our owners can safely pass through every intersection.
As time goes by, my body will gradually show signs of wear and tear. The owner is very attentive and always checks and maintains me regularly, replacing new parts to keep me in good working condition. I deeply understand that only by maintaining the best state at all times can I live up to my master’s trust and dependence on me.
Although I am just an ordinary brake cover assembly, I bear important responsibilities. In the days to come, I will continue to stick to my post and contribute to the safe travel of every owner with my tricycle companions!
